Sweetser Village Apartments

Currently in permitting, Sweetser Village Apartments will consist of two twelve-unit buildings with a mix of one- and two-bedroom homes. The buildings and homes will have state of the art energy efficiency and safety features. The homes will be heated and cooled with super energy efficient air source heat pumps which will allow no burning of any fossil fuel. There will be eight ground floor assessable units which will be wonderful for elderly residents and those citizens with disabilities.
